Who wore it best: Nicky Hilton or Hilary Duff? I say definitly Hilary! What I love about it is that those boots are cuh-ute and love the hair and earrings! Now Nicky that is the type of dress that is meant to have tights worn underneath I mean yes you want to show of your legs but honey I think you showed a little too much also your shoes are too matchy I think you should have stuck with solid color!  Who wore it better Vanessa Hudgens or Julianne Hough? I say Vanessa by far! I love that she paired it with a gold metalic and crystal black shoes love them! Also the updew is totally for you. Mmm.. Julianne well first of all pink is NOT your color you should try whites! Also the main thing is that you mixed metalics I HATE when people do that! A little lesson is too never mix metalics! You know you went with the gold earrings , gold braclet, gold handbag thennn... you jumped to silver shoes ! Please NEVER do that.  |
